Bomb bites on St. Mary’s Strip

Singh’s Vietnamese Restaurant

Singh’s Vietnamese restaurant located on the popular St. Mary’s strip is a must-visit for those who can appreciate a more relaxed atmosphere and Asian food with delicate flavors.

The bun was amazing! I normally get the sriracha battered shrimp with mine, but this time they ran out (along with the egg rolls.) I tried the chicken and the pulled pork options instead and can say they were just as delightful. They have the option to go spicy which is always a yes! The savory ness from the meat, freshness from the veggies, hint of spice and sweetness from the sauces and chopped peanuts is an absolute perfect combination I never knew I needed.
Try the goi if you’re looking for something with more veggies rather than the rice noodles. I picked chicken for the protein and can say that this dish definitely had better flavor than the bun did.. but I enjoyed the rice noodles more over all the veggies the goi had.

As far as the atmosphere goes, it’s a pretty chill place to hang out and relax with friends. They have bar seating and a menu listing a few cocktails and beer options. The staff is great too, they are all so friendly and cared about our experience.

I can’t wait to go back and hopefully not miss out on the egg rolls and shrimp option!!
